Fast Growing Peer-to-Peer Lending Company Strengthens Resources
WASHINGTON, D.C. / APRIL 8, 2015—StreetShares announced today the appointments of Madhur Grover, CFA as Chief Credit Officer and Chris McPeek as Vice President of Product Technology.
Grover joins StreetShares from Capital One. He has more than 10 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, including credit risk management, marketing and strategy development. He led Capital One's Credit Card Balance Transfer program where he was instrumental in doubling the size of the business. Additionally, Grover led at Capital One as a Senior Business Manager and Financial Analysis Manager, leading portfolio pricing analytics and optimization managing $40 billion in consumer credit card assets. Previously, Grover led key projects in small business banking, auto finance, healthcare and home improvement finance. Grover is a CFA charter-holder.

McPeek brings more than 17 years of experience in both consulting and IT roles in technology to StreetShares. He has a background in finance, manufacturing and non-profits. Most recently, McPeek led a team of 13 global engineers for an international nonprofit fighting human trafficking. His team managed IT systems for an organization of more than 800 people with servers in 18 international locations. McPeek has extensive experience in strategic planning, architecture development, operations support and team management.
